What a pleasant experience, Angela was passing candy around for the waiting guests (I mean who can get mad at a line when your eating candy) my teller was so professional and nice and there was a young lady next to him who was equally nice and professional. I don’t live in the area but will visit this location just for the customer service. Outstanding.

terrible TERRIBLE BANK. I came at 11:32 to open up an account at this location and one of the tellers with braids and a tattoo on her lower left arm was extremely rude. We asked to open up an account and she was very short with us telling us they were closing soon and did not have enough time to open it today so I would have to schedule for NEXT WEEK. Y’all close at 12, you’re telling me you can’t open up an account in 28 minutes? She needs to lose her job. She then proceeded to tell me that she’s not going to argue with me. Once I stated I wasn’t arguing and just wanted to speak to someone else she waved her hand at me and walked off mumbling under her breath. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES…
