      Been there 2 times. Both times they weren't able to do the simplest tasks. They don't know what they're doing. Don't know why they're getting paid as much as they do just to sit behind the counter and say they have no idea what they're doing. Really ridiculous

      Rude teller After waiting in a very very long line, I was treated like dirt because I wanted to put money in my daughter's account. I'm her guardian. They wouldn't let me because I didn't have her account # on me. I wanted to deposit money, not withdraw. What's the big deal? She was so rude to me I will never go back there. We are moving our money to Erie Bank in Ashtabula Township.
