  I've been banking with the Edgewood branch for a couple of years now. Wonderful, helpful staff that has met all my needs and have made no mistakes. No hidden banking or savings fees.

  Inept at every level! Want to know why Huntington has lower mortgage rates? They have to in order to make up for their unbelievable incompetence, lack of tact and horrid customer service. They know full well they have to rely on a steady stream of new customers, since no one in their right mind would willfully do business with them again, once they've experienced the carnage that is Huntington. For example, we placed an $85,000 certified check directly in the hand of a branch manager who was supposed to expedite it the very next day to pay down our open mortgage after the sale of our previous home. Our check sat in that branch for over a week, with full knowledge it needed to be received by their mortgage department in 48 hours. Instead of just sending the payment electronically from the local Huntington branch to the Huntington mortgage department (85 miles away) they DEMANDED a physical check be sent. Sadly, this is one of many examples of ineptitude we've experienced. We've had mortgages thru three other financial institutions and have dealt with a number of banks, but we have never encountered such absolute chaos and an utter lack of professionalism. They are rude, do not listen to concerns, and will condescendingly and openly insult your intelligence. We've had so many issues just in the first year alone, it has been off the chart ridiculous, to the point of - so where's the hidden camera? This has to be a joke, right? No joke! This bank is straight up garbage. Do yourself a HUGE favor and look elsewhere!

  Getting change is ridiculous here. I hand them a 20 and have to show ID, have an account, and have teller cough all over my drivers license to get two rolls of quarters. Every other bank just makes change. I thi k once my car loan is paid off, I won't be giving Huntington any more of my business. Wish there was a zero star option.
