      Fantastic customer service as always, very helpful to the situation I needed help with.

      Made 4 trips to try to change signers on business account. Each time we were told to bring back something different. Have each time we did and were told no, need a different paper. Was told we would need an appointment and to call. Have made 7 phone calls and left messages. Six were not returned and the 7th said he would have someone call us to set up appointment. No one called. Lousy customer service. I think we will change banks.
