      Came in to open a new checking account, I only waited a few minutes before someone was able to come and work with me! She was extremely friendly and made the whole process nice and smooth, I highly recommend this bank :)

      I newly started an investment account there , they never pick up the phone , they haven't helped me with any of my requests , started a wrong type of account for me althought i made it very clesr what i needed and gave me mixed up wrong information about the account .very dissapointed . Working on closing that account

      I would have rated this place 5 stars if they would keep up on their ATM machine!! This one and the one inside Giant Eagle never work!!! I work late and have school and internship to do during the day, so I usually miss regular banking hours, so please get it together HUNTINGTON!!! I have to drive an the way to Canfield to find an ATM that actually works so I can deposit money and pay bills!!!!!
