      Deserves a ZERO. Started a refinance in late November it’s the 1st of March still dragging their feet. They had all the info they needed from me in November. The Mortgage Loan Processor acts like you’re bothering her if you call. She won’t return any messages you leave on her voicemail unless you get a hold of someone else & explain the BS thats going on. Then, and only then, will she call you back. It’s sad you have too shame an adult to do their job. This isn’t the 1st property I’ve refinanced but it will be the last time I’ll deal with Huntington Bank. Save yourself a lot of time and refinance with another bank.

      Can never get ahold of someone when you call...always a recording. Can't they afford an operator? With as little of an interest rate they are giving us, they should be making enough money to afford one...
