      Customer service in the drive thru has really gone down recently. Great bank over all but customer service is just not there anymore the last few times I have been.

      I have repeatedly left messages on their answering machine for them to call me even emailed one and I'm still yet to heal hear from them due to a hold on my account and even the company that sent the money is concerned as well if I call her that important to you why aren't you answering your messages question,?
