      Today I left work early and drove over the speed limit to get to your bank BEFORE 5p. I was there well within your displayed times of operation. I walked in minutes before you closed. The door were locked. You had several customers inside. Your teller told me that you were closed and you would not take more customers. BEFORE 5p there were at least 3 other customers that attempted to go inside. They were all denied. They were mostly Hispanic. Your tellers didn't care. I asked for manager information, and while she could yell at me through the doors, she could not give me information. A customer left and allowed me to walk into the locked doors to ask for a business card. Your teller informed me that she would not be helping me. Are you, now, becoming TCF Bank? Horrid customer service. You serve a minority community and you deny them service? I call absolute RACSIM that you would allow policies and systemic rules to disservice the Hispanic and African American community you serve. I was there BEFORE 5p. Then to get someone on the phone takes 30 minutes ? You can say, all you want, that you're not racist and you don't allow racist policies. I ONCE AGAIN EXPERIENCE your haughty attitude and denial of service. Why? Because you're running things is such. Way that negates the needs of old Hispanic men, who i personally saw come in before 5p. Why serve an old man? Who's he going to complain to? As well as other minorities. Check your cameras. Look before 5p local time. Your services are disgusting. I was hoping you'd be better than TCF. In my opinion, you're going to be far worse.
