  Rob was so helpful today. He fixed the problem I was having without any hiccups and went above and beyond by helping me fix the problem on my phone which was keeping me from being able to use the Huntington app. Fantastic service 👏

  Their staff are uneducated and unable to explain how to properly handle deposits. They have given me the run around for a month and finally I find out that I'm unable to deposit it. Waste of space honestly and atrocious at explaining policies and procedures. I've been thru three tellers, all of whom told me different information. Save your money with another establishment.

  Called to talk about a charge on my account and the woman was very rude and blunt and told me not worry about it if it's pending. I have bank with huntington for along time. She said if it's still on there after tommorow then it's a problem. Didn't even offer to help me or look at my account. Won't deal with dover again.
