  The Weirton branch is much better than the Wintersville branch. The Wintersville branch wouldn’t help me. I went straight over to the Weirton branch and they were extremely helpful to me and very professional, I might add! The Wintersville branch needs to take note on professionalism and customer satisfaction. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the Weirton branch for a job well done with a friendly smile!

  So horrible it's astounding. Huge building with 8 - 10 teller windows and 4 - 5 customer service offices. Evidently nobody works there. Waited 10 minutes to speak with a teller - the sole visible employee. Was told rather rudely that I have to make an appointment if I want to talk to a customer service representative as they do not take walk-ins and they are too busy to speak to customers in person. Clearly I need a new bank.
