  We feel so lucky that we have chosen HYFinancial to help with our first-time home purchase. Yuan was our realtor who attended to all of our concerns and special thanks to Ivy who was our loan officer. She has been our loan advisor long before we started the house hunting journey. She helped us be ready and confident with our capability to secure a loan. Not only she got us a great rate with 0 points, but she was also so attentive during the whole process. She will even help to call my bank to set up appointments for me to get the needed documents. She also advised us on how to successfully transfer money from overseas and prepare the required translated documents to verify the source of the income. I will highly recommend them to my friends and families!

  Ivy from HY financial did refinance for me and I got an amazing interest rate. She was very responsive and held my hand through the whole process. I didn’t have to do much but to provide documents needed. She explained very well what each number means and offered a great deal as well. Would use again for my next mortgage need.

  We met Ivy through a closed social media group where she was always open and eager to help. So we thought she might be a good choice to help us with our refinance situation. After reaching out to her, we learned that her partner Yuan is a financial advisor and a realtor, so we ended up having an extensive conversation in our initial call. We talked to Ivy about our mortgage situation and talked to Yuan about a few potential investment ideas. He went through a great length and share a wealth of information that I found a great value of.  It is apparent that they are both very enthusiastic about their professions and knowledgeable about the real estate market and just investment in general.  They are both very responsive and pleasant to talk to. Later we decided to purchase an investment property through him. The entire process went very smoothly. While Yuan guided us through each step of the way on the purchasing front, Ivy helped us with the mortgage process. Because of their experience in working with small businesses, they were also able to assist with our business financial statements, which is a great help for us as a self-employed borrower. They truly provided us with a one place shop for everything related to real estate and mortgage. We highly recommend working with them.
