      very unprofessional people, I think its a scam someone just called me in regards to an application I sent through an apartment app that I don't remember. I asked what does I and S stand for they didn't know. So I asked how do you work for a company that you don't know what is stands for. The lady hung up on me told me I don't qualify for a 1bed room but now that I google them and see all these pictures of trash I agree, I do not qualify. I am worth way better service.

      If I could give them zero stars I would . My husband and I paid the application fee and the first months rent as asked while waiting to be approved for the apartment. Where I lived was willing to write a letter because they had new management stating that I lived there. They were telling my husband that he’d only been at his job since January when he told them he had paystubs to prove other wise. Our income was more than enough to afford the rent and they still denied us. And after reading the reviews I know for a fact GOD had his hand in the mix
