I love that the only real review on this bank is a 1 star review that claims their mother was discriminated against. Every other review is a blank 5 star review with no description. Also this bank just hung up on my wife for asking simply questions. Fantastic.

I fail to understand why my mother was discriminated against and singled out. She went to withdraw money and they are telling her, that in order for her to withdraw money from her account, the sender who is not on the account or even linked, has to be present for her to withdraw her money. The clerk wanted the sender to be present and fly across the state to give her the ok for her own money? Defeats the purpose. Not at all happy about this interaction. Will be following up with corporate.
