      Just opened an account recently. Very slow service. I don’t have the checks that were ordered two weeks ago so I needed a money order. They don’t do money orders. Do you do cashiers checks? Yes, but it has to be at least $1000, that’s our “policy”. So your policy is to do the least work possible and to help with customer service. Nice. Might just move banks.

      Horrible!!has horrible customer service which said they ONLY helped account holders and Being from out of town they were not helpful at all I recommend Bank & Trust, they were super professional and helpful, had amazing customer service and did everything possible to help even though I'm not a account holder.
