Arrived 15 minutes before closing (according on here) I arrived Wanting to make a deposit to avoid a late fee on my gym membership n the lady at the counter told me they where closed while the door/security fence was still open

Avoid this Bank it’s a scam for charging Fees. Speaking to anyone is imposible call wait times are over an hour. Then when you do speak to someone they follow up days later and explain to you that it was your fault even though their system is out of date and transactions don’t appear for days and then magically appear during pending deposits and charge NSF Fees and they explain cut off times and how they cannot do anything on their end. Horrible bank.
