  I.B.C. bank in general : More often than not, they have gone out of their way to meet my needs as a customer, as far as going into any of the banks, and doing transactions. The app, and security, however, is somewhat of a pain in the (!@#$%!?!). I have been locked out of my bank account on several occasions, through the app, all because I was getting my car fixed, or, applied for a small loan. But, if that is the only complaint that I have, that is a really good thing, because that means that I.B.C. is working hard to make sure that my accounts are safe. Annoying, sure, but, when I can finally access the accounts, I know the money will be there. As far as their customer service, they are fab! The people are helpful, friendly, and attentive. The staff has gone out of their way, and bent a few policies, to help me open a savings account, as well as a VERY small IRA, (for what good it does). I am deeply thankful, and, would go so far as to say, thank you.

  Branch did not order me a card or checks (according to customer service). Called customer service. Had to go all the way back to this exact branch to "get my debit card". The branch had no info on the card or checks which were ordered (keep in mind this was mid December). Its now almost mid February and I still have no card or checks which were ordered. I do not understand how there can be this much confusion on simple request from a bank, but if you do not want to deal with this type of confusion and delays for simple banking request, pick a different bank.

  Drove out here because it was supposed to be the closest location to me, but there is no IBC bank here. It’s an IBM building. This is the bank that came up when I searched for drive thru locations, but there was obviously no drive thru.
