      This is for IBC Bank Main branch. They deleted thir Google maps location due to massive complains they don't plan on fixing. They take very long time only 1 lady attending the Drive thru and the walk in. They are short on staf because they treat their Employees like trash. When you walk in THE MANAGER Mrs Garza is always on your face very disrespectful. And you can feel the negative energy and the tension!!!

      Monica was extremely rude when i went to exchange my money, she said she wasnt ready for me when it was my turn at her window and she walked away. Then i saw her chatting with her co workers when there are people besides me waiting in line. Horrible horrible service ibc, im glad i dont have any accounts with you guys. Monica maybe you should work like- oh i dont know, anywhere else 😡😡
