  I don't know how the experience of those who came before me, my own experience with Thuy Do is as follows . I'm an investor, it is quite important to find a responsible and dedicated Loan person to help me make a successful Loan at a good price is the most important thing, during my 12 years of business I have experienced a few people doing Mortgage Loan for me, but I am very impressed with Ms Thuy Do with her dedication, promptness, and patience to the last minute for very difficult Loans that took a long time and we worked together throughout. In the process of starting to the end, there are things that are not her responsibility, but she still takes the time to explain and help us when we need it, now I have worked with her 2 mortgage Loans including 1 for buying a new house and 1 for refinace, both were successful with good closing price and good rate compared to the general market during that time . I am sure that in the near future I will continue to cooperate with her, and she is always the first person I choose when I start for my new contract.

She was prompt when responding to emails/calls and answered all of our questions. I’ve done business with IBC before and as always got exemplary service. They are the best!
