      This is my second car loan. Very low rate. And, my loan officer noticed some discepencies between what I discussed with her and what the dealer was pushing. And she denied the loan. She was looking out for me, would not let the loan fly as written!!! Awesome.

      This is quite possibly the worst credit union I've encountered. And shared branching is a joke. You get charged as normal at the ATM. If you're not a member you're not welcome to walk in or get help on Fridays.

      Asked for pre-approval on a used car loan. They ran my credit before asking if I was currently employed, and since I was on the books, I was flat out turned down. Ten years of steady income, and enough cash in my savings here to cover 60-100% of the loan, but instead I now have a ding on my credit since they can't ask basic questions first. Customer service here has always been poor, but this is a new low.
