      Bek Kim deserves a raise for their performance. I needed to execute a complicated wire transfer to a different country and they helped me through the process. The amount of professionalism and patience they put into my tangled case was very important. Bek was patient while I was collecting information and asking them many complex questions. They also were very empathetic with my situation and made me feel better throughout the process. Overall, Bek is a highly skilled person.
