Awesome staff. The branch manager went so far as to deliver me a replacement debit card when I was stuck at home due to illness so I could pay my bills. Incredible!!

I have been with this bank since i was 14. Today i went in to apply for a credit card and they told me that unless i have prior credit history or a years worth of work history at the same job they couldn’t help me. So i went to a different credit union today and they were able to help me out so i can start building my credit. ICCU is definitely not a branch that i would recommend for younger adults. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been an established member through them, they don’t care nor want to help you out.
