      Jennifer lujan is the branch manager?! What a sad excuse to have managing this branch. Had so many issues trying to do business with this Bank. If you are looking to do anything here DONT! Jennifer lujan was passive aggressive, rude and worst of all had zero respect! I have been banking with them for over 10 years and she made it seem like a burden to help me. Seems like CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD AT ICCU!

      We were helped by a man named Michael (i don’t remember if that’s how it is spelled. But it’s took over 2 1/2 hours to get a car loan, he didn’t know what he was doing and after we finally got frustrated he said that he wasn’t sure if he should continue with the car lain and almost canceled it. Very frustrated with his customer service and response to our frustration.
