      I live out of state and they make it extremely hard to get anything even after I am verified. Super frustrated, I’ve talked to 3 different people and today I was hung up on. All I want is a SIGNED transaction paper.

      Staff was very unprofessional, laughing/joking behind the tills at my friend. He stated unstead of apologizing she hid behind the side desk and knew he could hear them. She had some other employee give him his credit card... Not satisfied by the employees "professionalism" there.
