      This may have been a reputable bank in the past but it's not anymore. They can give you a low interest rate but won't unless you prove another institution can give you that rate. That's a very bad way to do business. I stayed with pioneer federal credit union because they lowered my rate without treating me badly in the process. I've never been so disappointed and will not be switching over to iccu. The under writer is a clown and apparently they are trying to sell loans like a cheap sketchy car salesman.

      We have had a fabulous experience with Idaho Central Credit Union and especially Ashley Schumacher as they put together a nice HELOC and an RV loan for us. I would recommend Ashley to anyone. She has been very helpful, very professional and very responsive.
