      Kacy meadows was nicely built just for the purpose of not having substandard housing . South meadows on the other hand kept getting fined so residents wanted to fix up their own apartments. Both safe neighborhoods and did not worry about break ins and robberies. Only theft out of autos for years. Also had piping issues outside for awhile at South meadows. Moved out 2017. Was worried about items in the amount of ten grand taken for rent before eviction hearing. Then lock out with a debt for housing.
