I will preface that I am not one for writing many reviews, or testimonials but after having such a good experience getting my foot in the door for home ownership, I felt compelled to share my experience. I can say with very high confidence, this was an outstanding experience and had I known what I knew now, I would've pursued home ownership much earlier. As a reluctant first-time homeowner, what could have been an arduous experience, was much easier to navigate with Ivan's help. Ivan has an attention to detail, while explaining each and every step of the process in a very simple manner, which I can safely assume this means he is very knowledgeable in real-estate business. Anytime we experienced a challenge during the pursuit of a home, and the escrow process, he provided the guidance I needed to press forward. Aside from the real-estate piece, he explained things like credit improvement and financial strategy pretty well, and once again these are things I wish I knew and had I knew I would've jumped into the market earlier. If you are hesitant as a first-time owner, I recommend working with Ivan Lanz as he will make the process as painless as possible. If you are more experienced in the real estate market, I can also recommend him as he is very attentive to the market and really cares about his clients.
