  BEN WAS BEYOND HELPFUL WITH ASSISTING ME WITH MY HOME LOAN. HE WAS KIND, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. HE MADE THE LOAN PROCESS EFFORTLESSLY. FROM START TO FINISH THE LOAN CLOSED IN 15 DAYS. I SHOPPED AROUND AND COMPARED INTEREST RATES WITH THREE OTHER COMPANIES. IET CAPITAL HAD THE LOWEST INTEREST RATES. I SEE WHY IET CAPITAL IS A LEADER IN THE INDUSTRY. I HAPPILY RECOMMEND IET CAPITAL TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A HOME LOAN OR TO REFINANCE AN EXISTING LOAN.

  Here's my experience. my wife was doing a refinance through them and at first seemed like everything was going well. then, of course today we were told they will not be refinancing our house, and the sole reason is that they don't like the fact that we had a home loan modification done during the pandemic. it doesn't affect a refinance in any way, they just don't want to pay out it seems because we have all our paperwork in order and they seem to be used to dealing with customers who are into fraud and workin the system. we could literally sell our house right now as is, and make more money than they would pay out, so the logic behind them wanting to renig on a refinance is beyond us. it would be in their best interest, but when you do bad business, then the business can't see that logic. aside from this fact, this David character had to constantly put my wife on hold because he cant answer basic questions, and this Jerry guy cant return phone calls or emails generated in regards to completing the refinance. we will not be using this company in the future for any type of home financial services, period. this is not how business is conducted and companies that do this don't last long in business. there are 50 states to pick a refi company, there is no law saying you have to use one in the state you live in. so we will not be waiting 12 months and will be able to use our equity to run our business. 12 moths is a long time to wait for liquid capital when you need it.

  I would like to sincerely thank Ben for his commitment and dedication for his hard work. Ben went beyond the call of duty, he literally never gives up. There were countless times when I wanted to quit and tap out because I had gotten frustrated, I didn't think it would actually happen. He saw things that I didn't. I really needed this deal to go through. I admit It was complicated. This is why you hire a profession. I will definitely recommend my lender Ben and Team from IET Capital. I was kepted informed, He answered all my calls and when he didn't he called me right back. I had dealt with another lender before I met Ben and that experience was the worst ever! Ben took the exact same file and made it happen. I love doing good reviews especially when it was well earned.
