  I’ve left a negative review once, but I think it’s time for another. I returned a call this morning after a voicemail I had gotten. They proceeded to tell me they have tons of missed payments from me, which I have emailed receipts of all my payments. The lady (who was super rude and had an attitude with me) proceeded to tell me I have not paid my monthly payment for the month of April (which I have!) so now I owe two payments, April and May. Which I also paid May! And have emailed receipts! Every time I’ve talked to an employee they tell me I’m late and need to pay it. My money doesn’t grow on trees. So inconsiderate. I can’t even explain my frustration and anger I have with this bank. Shouldn’t even be a credit union. I’ve had enough. Going to try to switch my lender because THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

  I've been banking here 22 years. This company has gone way down hill. If you need customer service help, be prepared to wait on hold for 15+ minutes and then have to explain your situation multiple times to their rep before you're transferred to someone that knows IH's system well enough to help you with your problem. Their business system doesn't work as well as it did a few years ago. Neither does their online banking. Their level of customer service has diminished significantly as well over that same span. If you're looking to open a business or personal account, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
