      Terrible communication. We recently refinanced our van. This made it so we had to set up auto pay again. I went through the paperwork and sent it back via email. I guess it did not go through. This business calls you restricted so I probably missed a phone call. A month and a half later I find a huge hit on my credit due to non payment. Come to find out my paperwork hadn't gone through or something. Credit is very important to me so this was definitely upsetting. I hope to resolve this issue soon. Hopefully not by contesting it through transunion. I do not know of a notice in the mail or anything but a possible email in hiding in spam.
