  I don't normally use the branch itself as I live about an hour away, but I've had to call over the phone and it usually doesn't take long for anyone to reply. I've had 3 car loans through them and every time they have always given me a great interest rate and payment within my budget. The website is easy to use for payments and contact info if I have any questions about my loan.

  Requested copies of auto loan documents to get registration updated and was not able to use what they sent due to the bame being cut off. I went to the drivethru at 8:30 to get a new copy.. they seemed irritated I was asking and told me I had to wait until 9 for the lobby to open. Not the first time I've had poor experience with IHMVCU.

  Very upset with the poor customer service that I was served today. After a week of calling the so called customer service support 🙄 I finally went in to talk to someone about disputing charges that he said would be my fault and unable to dispute them. Then another woman starts telling me to call the number to do so and I said that there is never anyone to talk to. Just upset with no one helping & the unwanted attitude from the workers in this bank.
