      I cannot begin to express how grateful I am am for Ikon mortgage (Jon). He truly was heaven sent!! After starting the process of getting approved for a new build construction, which ended up being the worst, most stressful 6 month approval experience, I ended up not moving forward with the deal. Panicked thinking I could possibly have to extend my lease at an apt again, I stumbled on my dream home and started the process of approval with Jon on the same day I found the home. I had to place an offer because the seller was choosing that day. Time was seriously of the essence. Within a few hours, I was pre-approved. By the grace of God, we were chosen!!!!! Closing set in 30 days….and Jon made it happen! We are happy homeowners of our dream home! This was the easiest/ stress-free process. Jon is very knowledgeable, personable, professional. You are treated as an individual not just a number. Communication is key!! And there was never a lack of communication. I was informed on every part of this process. I highly recommend Ikon mortgage!! Moving forward, Ikon will be our go to! Thanks again for all you have done for my family!
