Beware!!! I use the ATM machine and it destroyed my atm card. I asked to lady working there around to see if I can get my card and she rudely told me to come at 9 am just to tell me my card was done. She didn’t show it to me which was rude. Very unprofessional bank

My wife and I have used this bank for a number of years with a pretty sizable amount of money kept in the bank. We enjoyed our experience in the beginning but the last few months have been terrible. We were consistently treated with rude customer service except for Blanca. She was always pleasant and helpful. We were disappointed with the customer service that we decided to move our savings from this bank. I am not a person that leaves reviews but was so disappointed that I had to leave a comment to warn others. There are many other options and this location is not worth it.
