Justin and his team at imagination financial (Chandler and Alicia) went so far beyond the scope of what we expect of a mortgage financial team. Not only did he get us the loan with better rates, he worked quicky and was a pleasure to work with, keeping us informed along the way and explaining the process in detail so we could easily get him what he needed- as we understood what was happening. He got us the loan even though it was difficult for us, with self employment income AND buyers from another state. Previously we had tried to go through NFCU and the experience was.... Well they left us in the dust and Justin was there to pick up the pieces. It's nice working with people who care.
