      The first to representatives i spoke to were really pleasant and were able to help me start the program for my student loan credit recovery. Afterwards, the representatives following seemed to give me complete run around. I was told I completed my program and that a new agency was to continue my payments. I tried to ask about the new agents, but they seem to have no answers to for fill my questioning. The phone number they have me call, keep reverting back to ICR. Then, the last representative I spoke to had an attitude because I was getting upset that I was getting no where with my questions.
