  Impact Residential Mortgages goes over the top to make sure you get what you need. When there's a hurtle they don't stop and will never made you feel like you are just another deal for them, they genuinely cared about you and what you want to accomplish. I liked working with them so much when i purchased my home 2 years ago that I went back to them to refinance. I would highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a new or refinance mortgage.

  I cannot say enough about Paula Cole with Impact Residential mortgages, inc ! Buying a home for the first time can be a bit frightening , but Paula was there for me from the day I started my search; even getting me to close two weeks earlier then expected closing date because she knew how worried I was that we would be set back a few days, which would have left me no choice but to put my items in a storage unit until closing was complete . She worked late hours into the night to ensure everything went as smooth as possible and I didn't worry for a thing. She made the process so convenient for me, even allowing me to take well lit pictures of requested documents and email them to her instead of the tedious process of faxing/scanning. As a mother of 3 with a busy schedule, I cannot say how much things that may seem as minute as that made a difference for me. On top of being professional and extremely knowledgeable in her profession, she was CARING and PATIENT as I had many questions. She was there for me at all hours and always provided with honest answers to my questions, if there was something she didn't know she would provide me with the information to the person who could help me. We are a month after closing and Paula is still checking on me which I find extraordinary, because most lenders would merely look at this as a business deal nonetheless; thank you again Paula Cole for providing me and my children with the security of our first home! This was everything I have ever dreamed of for us. I will continue to recommend your business, as you have made this whole experience something I will reflect back on with positive memories! If you're looking for a smooth closing with a great interest rate and an extremely knowledgeable lender, you have officially found the greatest in the field !
