  I was told by multiple lenders that I didn’t qualify for taking out a loan to buy my condo because it’s considered “unwarrantable,” so most lenders won’t even consider it. The other barrier was that I haven’t owned my business for two full years so I was told that I would have to wait. There was no other option. Then I spoke with Charles from Impeccable Lending, and he was very optimistic from the start. He not only got me qualified for a loan (and secured the interest rate), but he made the whole process go seamlessly. I was worried that there might be some hidden and/or outrageous fees, but he was up front and honest about the cost and it was spot on so no surprises. They overestimated the closing costs so by the end I was very pleased with the final CD. I recommend 10/10!

  Charles Wersler and Impeccable Lending was recommended to us by our real estate agent. She has been working with Impeccable Lending for quite a while and we know why. Charles had the unpleasant task of asking for more and more paperwork based on the lenders requests. He was apologetic and led us to where we could find these extra documents. Due to Impeccable Lending’s efficiency, the loan process took shorter time than originally expected.
