      Hello I just wanted to let you know that I never ever had a Lender like this one, They never answer the dam phone we waited for almost 2 months to get a loan approved on a condo purchase. They lied and lied one time after another saying that everything was good, no problem, don`t worry Well we decided to use another lender and she did the loan in less than 3 weeks, we are very happy to finally close this sale. This is the name of the GREAT LENDER. Commerce Home Mortgage. Marie Horsman. Please be careful when using this lender I will never ever recommend it.

      Unfair statements, agents and clients used Imperial 7 Funding to arrange everything so that the borrower could be placed in a position to obtain financing. Once the loan was ready to close the loan was moved to another lender and the new lender gets all the credit without having to do any of the leg work required to place the borrower in a position to close immediately.
