  Absolutely horrible company. We were trapped into payments for insurance and every chance this company gets they will nickel and dime you. Technology fee, Convenience fee, Late fee when they don't do automatic payments. No communication, when you call you get a computer, when you email it will take weeks for response. Do not get into any form of business with this company, I warn you it does not end well.

  I had insurance for my Tree serivce & Landscaping business for over 2 years with this company at first I was a little worried since I’m making payment from NJ to MO but haven’t had an issue yet they do help with late payment customer Serivce is usually always okey & Speak English have never over charged my card and they are a real insurance company !!!

  Absolutely terrible company. Delays payments after natural disasters, zero customer support training or tact. Received our insurance payment 4 months after a hurricane in South Carolina. Meanwhile, while withholding payment from us as customers, the Vice President (Vera Kagan, Esq. which she had to throw in) threatened to take us to court for a payment they had already received. They are a prime example of a racket when it comes to insurance. Collecting their payments while withholding yours. Take my advice and avoid them at all costs. Their ratings speak for themselves. An absolute nightmare experience from start to finish with this company.
