Janet helped us to understand what goes into determining fees, pricing models, tiered pricing and interchange plus. Understanding how credit card processing fees are determined and how different merchant account pricing models work can save your business hundreds of dollars a month in transaction costs. We think that if a company is going to get a piece right off the top of every swipe, it should tell you exactly what that is before you sign up. Beyond transparent pricing, Janet is very attentive to her customers. In an industry as complex as credit card processing - and with as much money riding on the decisions you make, getting your questions answered is key.   Janet Sanders is a thief. I had our processing done with Janet for about 10 years. When she hired us to move her house, she refused to pay for services stating she only had $500 against a $1500 bill. She has little integrity.
