This specific bank shared our sensitive financial information with others in the local community breaking their confidentiality agreement. It’s a small town bank, that gossips to others about how much money you have. They committed the cardinal sin of gossiping about our financial information to local people? Are you serious? This is how you treat loyal customers of many years? We stayed with this bank despite their antiquated and primitive online banking powered by Jack Henry. Their online banking looks like something from the early 2000’s. It’s literally an ancient interface. Stay far away!
