  The experience was outstanding! The closer, Angelina Cook, was flawlessly prepared making the signing for the seller go perfectly. The proceeds from the transaction were distributed via wire transfer promptly and accurately as soon as the lender approved the buyer's loan. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks to Angelina for a professional and very well done job!

  When I walked in I was told that no one could go in the room with me while I sign. That was not told to me before I came. This was my very first house purchase. I wanted my daughter at least to come in with me and I was told she couldn’t. I had been they a lot that year and this was everything to me. My 1st home buyer experience was good up until the signing day. I totally understand and yes it was Covid but had I been told that before coming in that would have greatly appreciated but it was not communicated to me or my realtor. The most important people that had a very positive impact on one of my biggest life decisions wasn’t able to share that particular moment with me. Again, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME BEFORE I CAME IN. IT WAS NOT.

  Recently closed with Independence Title. Upon arrival I was immediately acknowledged and Welcomed. Our closer was Shelly. Very knowledgeable. Guided us through the process and answered all of our questions.
