      While going through the drive through (which is horribly designed as it is) I take out my account ID number and the check I had signed and wished to deposit. This check was for $70, written by my father bearing the same last name in payment for purchasing eBay goods on his behalf. I hand over the signed check and a card bearing my account #, and request $10 out of the $70 back in cash. They request my drivers license, which I did not have on me. I said I did not, and asked if my SSN would suffice. They said no. Refused to give me $10 despite my depositing $70 and having the account number. I have 3 accounts there. Unbelievable to me is the overall incompetence I encountered visiting this bank. Utterly ridiculous.
