      Will lie to you about overdraft protection. Asked me if i wanted overdraft protection for debit card during account creation, of course i said yes, got overdraft fees anyway. On another occasion afew years ago someone with same name as me was givin my money even when he showed his id, they tried to insinuate he was at fault.
