      Hands down best customer service I have ever received anywhere. I don’t ever do reviews but I really feel like people should be aware of how great and accommodating this bank is. Tanya is the best, she was so friendly and helpful and I’m just really amazed at the service I received.

      I am in my 80's and have been a member of Independent Bank in Livonia, Mi ever since they opened a branch here. I am so very pleased the way my banking has been handled with them since I started. I have never waited in a line of more than one person for a cashier. They are so friendly and know us by name. Never any problems with checking account/savings/ Opening new accounts for business purposes/ getting Papers Notarized, etc.
