  This bank is a joke. Everytime I call no less than 20 minutes just to talk someone, then I get transferred back and forth. My highest wait time on hold hit 1hr37min... The fees just to make a payment are outrageous., and there ability to properly report to the credit agencies is quite lacking. I don't recommend this bank to anyone. Sooner or later I will other agencies willing to refinance my loan, and I will wash my hands of this nonsense.

  I need to make a payment on a car loan. Only voicemail is available. Still haven't heard back and I will continue to call,,,, and leave voicemails. How big is this bank? Voicemail./????
