      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband and I have excellent credit and were going to cosign a loan for a friend. Bob who I assume is a Loan Officer became very irate when my husband did not answer his call (my husband was at work and returned his call within 10 minutes). Because of the lack of professionalism at this company I advised my friend to go elsewhere.
