  After having my debit card hacked 5 times in 5 years with another company Janet White helped me and my husband start accounts with Independent Federal credit union. Now I have peace of mind and I know my money is protected. Got a call at 9 am on a Sunday of a possible hacker on my account and they caught it right away and stopped them before they could do any damage. Thanks so much for making us feel secure. I'm extremely happy with my new credit union and the people working there.

  Would give 0 stars if I could. They’re absolutely terrible. The customer service here is atrocious and I don’t think anyone is qualified to be employed here—in any department.

  In my profession, we must get verification of accounts from this CU for our elderly residents who are this CU's clients. This is required annually by HUD. Failure to get this can result in residents being terminated from housing assistance. This CU is the WORST CU we deal with. We fax the verifications in, they ignore them for weeks and months at times - even when we specifically note the verifications. They obviously could care less about their "members", to the point that they can't fill out one simple document and fax it back to our office...even though it could result in their Member losing their home. Non existent customer service by phone - menu followed by no answer. Can't get an answer by fax, can't get anyone on the phone. Please, put your funds anywhere else. STONGLY recommend against membership.
