  At first I was going to close this bank, since i kept having problems with it but when I opened a new account with another bank I never did close. But I'm glad I kept both banks open, I realized the benefits of having two, i use one to pay bills only and the other for the rest. One bank would have services I Like to use while the other don't or vice versa.

  Thru several name changes the service has remained AMAZING! This has been my bank for over 33 years. Today I went in looking for documents in my SD box. When I did not find them the lady helping me knew which county office to obtain them. Thank you for the best customer service.

  I deal with this bank as the oversight for my aunt and uncle's accounts. Inside service team is great. They are very courteous and always friendly. They seem to remember me for some reason, whenever I come in to do business for my uncle, and they always greet me with a smile and positive attitude. They know how to get things done. Downsides are their hours of service. Barely opened past 430 PM most days and not open on Saturday, when I am down there seeking to get tasks done. They also have the most antiquated ATM machines in the world and they are nasty. Buttons on them have never been cleaned. Let's hope they have cleaned them recently during the Covid pandemic. Really need to get a machine built in this century.
