      Never use their ATM because it will cancel your transaction. I went to their ATM Thursday morning to make a withdrawal of the amount of $350 and the ATM canceled the transaction, did not dispense the $350, and didn't print out a receipt. By of this, my car payment is late and I have to wait for 4 business days to have the pending transactions to be off my account. Very disappointed that the ATM at Independent Bank in Austin did this to be the second time I visit there. The lesson I learned I will never go make a withdrawal from that machine again.

      Very fast and responsive. I think this is one of the only banks that allows a 5% downpayment when you buy a owner occupied multi-family property. The loan officers are very professional and responsive!
