      I was with NorthStar for some years when it became Independent Bank of Texas and now as it has evolved into Independent Financial. I have always received good service. I've never really run into any problems. They have been responsive when I've had needs or questions. And I don't know who said they closed at noon, but they don't. Different branch lobbies close anywhere from 3pm - 6pm. Just call. No biggie.

      If I could give zero stars I would..not a legitimate bank. Closes at noon, card services are exclusively through India and someone could probably draw all your money at western union in Romania then they'll issue a fraud alert next week when you stop at an out of county gas station. CS. Was argumentative and theybrefuse to cooperate with apps like Venmo. I hate nationwide banks, but this "local" bank has tied their aspirations to be nationwide directly to a steady and predictable decline in customer service.

      Trying to find out if my safe deposit box was at there bank, couldn’t even get a manager to get up and come talk to me. That’s why I don’t bank there anymore.
